Delivery Delivery charges are dependent on value of order and distance from our Depot - please ask for rates (London congestion charges may be applicable depending on location). When arranging delivery, we may ask if you prefer a morning or afternoon delivery time. We will always endeavour to meet your delivery requirements - however, this must be used as a guideline only due to traffic conditions and other unforeseen events, outside of our control. Due to Health & Safety issues and time constraints, please be aware that goods can only be off-loaded to the side of vehicle and placed in front of property (i.e. driveways and front gardens) and carried no further.
